Swim Fit Program

Workouts by Ellis (also, see workouts by Renata as well as schedule)

Ellis is a Masters swimmer at Metro Central YMCA, who previously swam with the Trojan Masters in Halifax, (coached by Nigel Kemp, who also coached Dalhousie's varsity team for 27 years).

Nigel provides the inspiration for some of Ellis' workouts (provided at 2 levels: for both advanced and experienced swimmers). These can be downloaded for use by all swimmers.
